Who exactly is Sharon Keys Seal?

Since 1996, I have worked with hundreds of professionals, coaching them to integrate heart and head to achieve rewarding business success. One of the great things about being a coach is that I get to help folks achieve their dreams. By working with financial planners and others in the financial services industry, my work has a ripple effect on the financial well-being of many people. I serve my coaching clients, and they in turn become much better equipped to effectively serve their own clients.

My clients are professionals who are bright, ambitious, and want to bring more of who they are into their work. I help clients find and deploy what I call their “magic;” those unique, often-hidden gifts and greatness that can set them apart and make them successful. My work with financial planners, insurance agents, mortgage bankers, and other financial service professionals has brought them greater success in terms of a more fulfilling practice, greater effectiveness and efficiency, clients they get excited about, and often increased revenues.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (P.C.C.), having met the strict credentialing requirements of the International Coach Federation (ICF). My national coaching practice is based outside of Baltimore, Maryland. I live on the water, which means lots of time outdoors and lots of sunscreen. I am learning to kayak. Cooking and writing give me great pleasure, when I’m not coaching or boating. I’m a novice gardener (and accomplished weed puller), and am fascinated by the myriad birds that inhabit the tidelands surrounding the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. This summer, we have a family of osprey nesting right off our pier. Three chicks!
